You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and all required permits to perform deliveries in Saudi Arabia.
  • Be authorized and registered by Wesal Company to use this App.

 

  1. Purpose of the App

The Bakkar Driver App is designed exclusively for drivers authorized by Wesal Company to deliver items to customers of the Bakkar platform.
The App facilitates delivery task management, route tracking, and status updates.

 

  1. Account Registration

  • Drivers must register using accurate personal and vehicle information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Wesal Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or false information.

 

  1. Delivery Tasks

  • Delivery assignments are managed by Wesal Company.
  • Drivers must comply with company delivery standards and complete assigned deliveries in a timely and safe manner.
  • Misuse of the App, delivery delays, or misconduct may result in account suspension.

 

  1. Payments

  • Drivers are compensated directly by Wesal Company based on completed deliveries and internal company agreements.
  • No direct payments are accepted from customers through this App.
  1. Data and Privacy

  • The App may collect location data, delivery records, and basic personal information to operate efficiently.
  • By using the App, you consent to Wesal Company’s use of such data in accordance with Saudi data protection regulations.
  • Data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Bakkar Driver App, including software, logos, and content, are owned by Wesal Company.
Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

 

  1. Limitations of Liability

Wesal Company is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Loss of earnings or opportunities due to system downtime or errors.
    Drivers are responsible for safe driving and compliance with traffic laws.

 

  1. Termination

Wesal Company may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or at the company’s discretion.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
