The Driver is an independent service provider delivering goods for Bakkar customers under Wesal Company’s coordination.
This Agreement does not constitute an employment contract. The Driver is not entitled to company benefits unless otherwise agreed.

The Driver agrees to:

• Safely and promptly deliver items assigned through the App.
• Treat customers and their property with respect.
• Follow all traffic and transport laws in Saudi Arabia.
• Immediately report delivery issues or damages to the company.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

• Payments are made by Wesal Company as per internal rate structures and delivery logs.
• Payments will be processed weekly or monthly depending on company policy.

The Driver is responsible for ensuring their bank or wallet information is accurate.

The Driver must provide their own vehicle and cover fuel, maintenance, and related expenses unless otherwise stated by the company.

The Driver shall not disclose any confidential company or customer information obtained during deliveries.

The Bakkar Driver App must only be used for official deliveries.
Unauthorized use, modification, or sharing of the App may result in termination and possible legal action.

By using the App, the Driver consents to the collection of operational data (such as GPS, delivery time, and activity logs) for performance and safety purposes.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
Wesal Company may terminate immediately for misconduct, non-performance, or violation of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Saudi jurisdiction.
